A behavioural case study on PPT's interventions for digital contributions

A recent behavioural design project was with People’s Pension Trust (PPT), a pension provider who focuses on the informal market, a typically difficult target market to reach. As with many other financial service providers in Africa, People's Pension Trust  has found it challenging  to shift their customers from making in-person, cash contributions to digitally facilitated payments towards their pensions.

Together with Cenfri, as a co-host of insight2impact, we worked  on an end-to-end behavioural design project in order to increase the number of customers who make their pension contributions through digital channels, specifically through direct debit orders of their mobile money
